BioI got an idea while sitting in a coffee house listening to 3 girls talk about the cute boys in their class. I happened to be looking for new hobbies at the time and realized writing was one of them. I thought I might start a blog of sorts detailing the various encounters I have with real life portland folk loosely centering about the dating and relating crowd.
I am a people watcher and a single nice guy with good standards, having in my posession a good and just heart. I am however still human, and have bouts of feelings both good and bad. I have prejudices and passions like the next person, and needs that ought to be met in due course. In other words I am a living thinking feeling human being who is interested in sharing my observations of the same in this journal for public consumption and opinion.
All I ask is that you understand that these are opinions and all people and situations are not contrived. Please be open minded about what you read and thoughtful and informative if you reply. There will be no flaming, and no malicious meanness. If you post in other words try to have a point, and see if it cannot be constructive.
Shameless Personal Plug, this LJ will likely contain little more than my observations, so it will convery little of what the man within really is, but if you can tolerate what you read and happen to be 24+ and interested in saying hello, just do it. THere is no thinking, no weighing the consequences, no fear that cannot be overcome. IF there is an urge follow it. Life is full of people living mediocre lives, settling for less than what they want, I wont be one of them and I wont be with one of them, but understand that I am the one who is going to decide if "I" think you are an exceptional person, you just need to believe in yourself. It is the chemistry that follows that meeting that determines the rest.
I love so much and so many things in and about life I sometimes wonder if I might not explode from the beauty and symmetry of it all. The ability to share that boundless love and passion with another is what I seek.
Just today I was asked a question by a friend, they asked plainly and simply "what aren't you passionate about?" I just laughed and laughed at the simplicity of the oh so true sentiment of the question. I am a burning unstoppable mountain of passion. Are you the one who can reflect the fire I feel without being burned or burning in return? Please help me find my equal, my partner in crime and all things.
